Villa Noa is a spacious blend of Balinese and modern architecture. It combines modern contemporary design with open air living, large garden and pool areas secured as an oasis within its' own compound.

The villa is ideal for honeymoon, family holiday, intimate dinners or entertaining friends. Our villa is fully staffed with personal cook and housekeepers to pamper to your every need.

Location

Villa Noa is located in the heart of Seminyak, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and nightlife and only 15-20 minutes from the international airport.

La Luciola, Ku De Ta, Warisan and The Living Room restaurants, the Oberoi Hotel and The Legian are all within walking distance.

Seminyak's best international delis and supermarkets are 5 minutes away, enabling you to purchase food to be prepared by our restaurant trained cooks.

Enter Villa Noa from Oberoi Rd, Seminyak, at the end of a private road, surronded by rice paddies. The walled garden ensures your security and privacy.

Accommodation

Villa Noa features 3 bedrooms, each with king size bed, private al fresco bathroom, airconditioning, ceiling fan & drink fridge.

The spacious open plan living/dining area, with ceiling fans, is located overlooking the private 11m x 5m swimming pool. A complete home entertainment system is included. The fully equipped kitchen is at the rear of the dining area.

A luxury 7 seat car, with seat belts, airbags and an experienced driver/guide, is available at a very reasonable price. 2 motorcycles are available free, for guests only (ID & drivers licence required). There is a 2 car & 2 motorcycle garage, plus outside parking.

The villa's living and dining areas look out to the lush tropical garden and pool which creates a beautiful natural ambience, both day and night, with superb lighting making this villa unique.

Separate staff quarters (live in) are within the villa compound. There are 2 cooks, one of whom excels in the preparation of a wide selection of international cuisine and, with reasonable notice will cook for your dinner parties. All five staff speak English. 24 hour security is provided.

Facilities

Villa Noa, on entrance through the front door, presents a colourful and lush tropical garden setting with an expansive private swimming pool situated central to all accommodation facilities and ammenities.

The 'westward facing 'island' dining and lounge areas, positioned on ones left, have clear vantages over the pool to the Master Bedroom and the two other bedroom suites nestled at the south end of the pool.

All three spacious bedrooms are endowered with four poster beds with mosquito net canopy under high open beam ceilings. Each room enjoys private indoor/outdoor ensuite bathrooms, airconditioning, ceiling fan, and drink fridge. All furnishings, fittings and decor is of the highest quality and appointed with taste. The airconditioning is individually controlled in each room. The master bedroom has a large flat screen salelite TV and DVD/CD player and safety box.

The expansive living area, surrounded by water and botanica, has a flat screen satelite TV and a portable sound system. Always with a pleasant balmy seabreeze; fans are also present through the length of this pavillion.

The kitchen is located to the rear of the dining island and hosts all expected facilities - gas oven and range, microwave, two fridges, hot cold water dispensors, toasters, coffee machines, blenders and juicemakers. Ample storage for provisions and purchases are located beyond the kitchen and through into the garage.

The facilities and services at Villa Noa are focused on peaceful sleeping in crisp white linen sheets and waking refreshed in a tropical oasis ready to enjoy your Bali vacation. With a complete compliment of staff, Villa Noa provides a full range of quality service for you. Our trained staff will be on hand to ensure all your holiday requirement are looked after. We do ask guests to reward the services of the staff with a tip at the end of their stay. Rental fees do not include the costs of lunches and dinner.
