Built as a 3 bedroom villa shaped into a unique architecture, Rumah Batu suits budgetary traveler who want to spend less yet giving a quality and memorable holiday in Bali. Suits your family retreat or group holiday, this villa comprise of three different buildings, living area and private swimming pool. Truly reflecting its name, whole construction was use pure stone wall design with no modification at all. With its thatched roof, Rumah Batu just like bring you few years back to the old Balinese time yet in this time of life, you can find the conformity of modern and newest luxury inside the villa.

Upon entering the classic Balinese wooden gate, you would meet with the pool, lounge corner and one of the bungalows in this villa. Farther at one end of the pool is the master bedroom in the main pavilion of Rumah Batu. Following the trail of Buddha heads, is the hidden surprise of this villa with its vast and magnificent garden, would greet you with their numerous kinds of tropical flowers and bushes.

Accommodation

Living Area

Located under the main pavilion, the living area of Rumah Batu is am open room with white sofa and bold colorful cushions, at one end is the flat screen TV with DVD Player and international. The living aside from providing best location to chat with friends and family, through the friendly natural breeze and cooling sensation from the fan attached, would also become the best spot for you to laze around. Close to dining is wooden dining table with bench and chairs. The small kitchen area with sufficient cooking appliance is also located under the same pavilion for cook or for you to prepare simple dishes.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are three bedrooms in Villa Rumah Batu with all rooms completed by air-conditioner and private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms located in their stand-alone stone pavilion while the master inside the main building. First bungalow is close to pool furnished double bed with white drape. The second guest bedroom in the second pavilion at the back garden area, this sweet sanctuary also completed with double bed and private bathroom of overhead shower, basin as well toilet.

The last bedroom is the master suite inside the main pavilion in Rumah Batu. The room can be accessed through living or through the pool. The room consists not only by a double bed but also dressing area and en-suite bathroom of bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The door from dressing area would lead you directly to pool at the front part of this villa and the stone stairs in this dressing pointing you to the open lounge with bed, hanging above the living.

Pool and Garden

Two faces separated by main pavilion is what unique from Rumah Batu. Once you stepped on the front door of this villa, all land covered with deck ended to the pool. Some spaces were left for tropical trees to grow tall and give little touch of green atmosphere into this area. You can have relax at the pool bale or gathered together at the lounge corner close to the guest bedroom bungalow. The second face is truly a tropical retreat. The back side of this villa from the living to the end of the property was pure green. Tropical flowers and bushes dotted the yard with bale-bale for relaxation.

Location

Set right across Kunti 2 Street, this Rumah Batu offers you a very short distance to the central of everything in Seminyak. The beach, international acclaimed restaurants, clubs, cafes, shops, lavish spas, more and more options, all within 5 minutes drive. Rumah Batu allowed you to explore every part of this island easily. You can go to traditional village of Canggu, Tabanan with Greg Norman’s famous golf course, mighty Uluwatu with its on-cliff temple shortly. Ngurah Rai international airport is in around 20 minutes drive from Rumah Batu.
