Joss presents you a sleek and glamorous villa design with modern look located only around 100 meters away from Batubelig beach. The villa is hidden behind a walled enclosure reminiscent of traditional Balinese village that able to ensuring utmost privacy for your holiday. Accessing the villa, you would enter through an imposing wooden door, as it will revealed a seated water Buddha featuring vine shrouded koi pond and stepping stones lead to an exotic garden and 17 meters lap pool.

Joss consists of three different pavilions, which the main pavilion proudly stands in the midst of attention as it caters all four bedrooms accommodation under her wing. Facing each other and flanked the main two-storey building is the living and bale pavilion of this villa. Joss is a 4-bedroom villa accommodation completed with en-suite bathrooms, living and dining area for group of 8 people. This private living accommodation will ensure your conformity above all else with its advanced and modern facilities and professional services.

Living Area

Living at Joss is an air-conditioned convertible area where all three sides’ glass doors can be fully opened to invite tropical breeze into the room or if it less cool there are three ceiling fans attached to help your comforting the room. It furnished with a massive deeply cushioned leather sofa, two matching leather armchairs and a stainless steel arched reading lamp. Close to the living is the dining area with dining table for ten. The teak recycled table furnished this area accompanied with black leather strap dining chairs.

Still in one pavilion, the kitchen at villa Joss that is set into two areas. That of the main service kitchen, the domain of the chef and assistant cook is hidden out of sight at the back. Another one is the plan show kitchen close to the dining and living area. it fashioned in black granite-topped breakfast bar with splashes of iridescent blue, gold and silver streaked slate and teak cabinetry. This part of kitchen is equipped with a large two-door fridge, gas hob, espresso machine and other appliances.

Fulfilling your demand of having a much more things to do while staying at Joss, there is media room completed with complete facilities accompanied you to spend an entertaining time with group of friends or families. This air-conditioned area is facilitated with BOSE surround sound home theater, 48” satellite-channel flat screen TV and DVD player. This room also has multipurpose as a children playground and business center.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Bedrooms in villa Joss is set within the safety of two-storey pavilion. They called Master Bedroom Suite, Joss Bedroom Suit, Mount Agung Suit and Batu Belig Suite. All bedrooms come with private en-suite bathroom and is facilitated with a 42” TV with numerous options of international channel. All four bedrooms are accompanied with en-suite bathrooms fashioned in non-slip marble floors with matching polished marble walls. Master bedroom suite and Joss bedroom suit located downstairs while the other two are upstairs.

Master Bedroom dressed in green and gold with warm teakwood floor and a large bright painting. This spacious bedroom furnished with a king-size  four poster bed and a teak cabinet dressing area with plenty of hanging space. The next-door bedroom, the Joss suite offer you fun and flamboyant color scheme with red lacquered cabinet, matching red lamps and striking oil painting. The room also has four-poster bed draped in white shear curtains.

The upstairs bedrooms, the Mount Agung is the upstairs master bedroom with teakwood floor and furnished under green ambiance. The room has a king-size bed with matching cushioned bench, besides lamps and tables as well as large dressing area. Sliding glass door at this bedroom will lead you the balcony immediately outside the bedroom where a table and four chairs set to make a lovely breakfast spot.  Move further to the last bedroom at Joss, the Batubelig Suite. This twin bedrooms is accented in gold and copper with also a sliding glass doors open onto the shared balcony

Swimming Pool and Garden

Natural environment in Villa Joss has been carefully designed and arranged to bring forth green and tropical atmosphere to make your stay more memorable here. It also becoming perfect with a 16 x 4 meter swimming pool with a non-slip marble pool deck embellished big pots of lotuses. There is a Jacuzzi in a separate section at one end of the pool with teak table and umbrella in the middle for afternoon drinks and music.

At far side of the pool in a quiet area, there is a bale pavilion with BOSE sound system. One side of this bale is dedicated to alfresco dining and furnished with recycled teak dining table. The other side dedicated for a relaxation spot where a large U-shaped cushioned set. A 45” flat screen TV positioned up on high make it the perfect spot to laze in the afternoon watching your favorite programs.

Villa Joss is located in Batubelig just five minutes of walk from the beach. Enclave in a private environment, this villa will ensure you from hectic traffic buzz along the road. However, this villa despite the peace and quietness offered still assuring easy access to almost everywhere around the town. You only need a very short drive to reach lines of internationally acclaimed restaurant such as KuDeTa, La Lucciola, Hu’u Bar, Sarong and many more.
