This villa offers you complete accommodation and facilities. All bedrooms are air conditioned and accompanied by private en-suite bathroom respectively. Three different modern pavilions housing over one master bedroom, two guest bedrooms and in one package is the living, dining and kitchen area. Joehanda also with delight present you spacious garden filled with tropical garden bring forth green ambiance into motion.

Living area

Housing in its own pavilion, The living area at Joehanda is a set of living, dining and kitchen area in one elegant room where can be accessed through a glass sliding door. The modern concept and design shows clearly in this room. Even the furniture furnished at this room accentuates that accent deeper.

The living area is furnished with soft brown chocolate with deep color from complemented furniture strengthened elegancy and what surprise more is the bright colors, which also adorned the room, make everything more alive. For your entertainment, fulfilling the demand of your homey entertainment, there are LCD TV, DVD Player and sound system for a movie like experience. Numbers of international channels are there to give more variation into your relaxing time.

Polished wooden table magnificently stand whilst get surrounded by six elegant chairs is the dining area at Joehanda. Situated close to the living and is adjacent to the kitchen, this dining area is perfectly designed for a memorable dinner. The kitchen also comes with full cooking equipment for you or even the professional cook to make varied options of delicious cuisines.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The two remaining pavilion at this villa are the place where 1 master bedroom and 1 guest bedrooms reside. At the very end of the villa, face to face with the living pavilion is the master bedroom of Joehanda. The bedroom is spacious which is furnished with King-size bed, and a space for your private wardrobe area. Sliding mirror door at the wardrobe area will lead you to the airy en-suite bathroom of this master bedroom. Reveals first before you is the large bathtub and this large space also accommodating private glass room for shower where the other side of the room is the proud single washbasin.

The other two bedrooms are the guest bedrooms of Joehanda. They are set at the middle pavilion, flanked by the living and master pavilion. The two of them are almost mirroring each other. With the same arrangement yet different set of furniture and distinct choice of colors, those two also comes with King-size bed, promising a relaxed nighttime rest. Each bedroom also accompanied with big wardrobe and a simple yet elegant bathroom accessed through a sliding door at one side of the room. There is bathtub at one point of the room and a glass room at another side for a strong stray from its shower.

Swimming Pool and Garden

Unlike most of typical 3 bedrooms villa in Seminyak that really saving their place and have only little space for garden, Joehanda can give you more to the real tropical atmosphere experience into the villa. There is private pool, the privilege of having your own private villa holiday set in the middle. That pool is is covered by wooden pool deck in on side of the pool and is completed with series of sun beds for you who wants to feel the soothing warmth of Bali tropical sun. Adorning the pool at another side is the Balinese bale, small gazebo for your relaxation site. Villa Joehanda is 3 bedrooms villa, located in Petitenget area. No need to drive a long and exhausting drive to reaches lines of restaurant and nightlife area when staying at this villa. There are Metis, Sarong, KuDeTa, The Living Room, La Luciola, Hu’u Bar and Potato Head less than 5 minutes drive. Feels lazy to drive, Warung Eropa is right close to your villa, only 3 minutes walk. Do not fret with huge distance to the beach since it is also only around 5 minutes drive away.
