Accommodation and Facilities

Standing on 1.15 ha land, Awan Biru Villa offers you with its five individual and fully furnished bedrooms, along with each private en-suite bathroom. Moving to a more open space, you will find an air-conditioned and comfortable dining room, a full-of-entertainment living room, as well as a massive luxurious kitchen. As if those were not enough indulgence, the villa will also spoil your stay with two solar-heated swimming pools, a beautiful natural garden, and some other king-like facilities.

Separated to five main bedrooms, Awan Biru aims at giving you the perfect mood of private tranquility, yet at the same time entertaining you with more spacious environment for the whole group. Bring a group of family or relatives as the villa is space enough for up to 10 adults and 3 children, with maximum two extra beds.

The five bedrooms are uniquely named to represent their exclusivity. The first is called Surga or Heaven and could be considered as ‘the master of the master bedrooms’. This large pavilion-style building definitely fits its name since it heavenly accommodated with a gorgeous king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a wide balcony overlooking to the breathtaking valley and rice field. The second one is Pelangi. With the relaxing view of valley on the side of it, this bedroom is facilitated with a private plunge pool. Next we’ve got the Mentari bedroom which offers you with the beautiful view to the ‘green wide carpet’ of rice field while relaxing in your queen-size bed. The two last but not the least are the Candra and Surga Kecil. Each presents sweet twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and of course, a direct view to the garden and surrounding landscape.

Those bedrooms are facilitated with AC, DVD player, safety box, satellite / cable TV program, Plasma TV, and wardrobe area. Each of the room is decorated with special furniture represented some of the most lovely places in Indonesia, such as Sumba, Sumbawa, and of course, Bali. The bathrooms are built exclusively with bathtub, shower, and single wash basin. Staying in those beautiful bedrooms will absolutely give you the sense of modern Balinese home as well as back-to-the-nature environment due to the impressive scenery right from your bedrooms, all in a complete package.

From the private to the more open spaces, Awan Biru delightly takes you to other impressive areas. A perfect villa won’t be complete without swimming pools. In Awan Biru, we provide you with not just one, but two solar-heated swimming pools to keep you warm even in a chilling weather. Other facilities are garden ready for BBQ event, free form, lawn area, and sun beds, a gym, and a gazebo.

Location

The Awan Biru Villa is located in the north area of Ubud, in the heart of Bali, approximately one hour drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport. It is standing on the 1.15 ha wide edge of a volcano slope from a hill to a splendid valley and terrace rice field. Despite its secluded location in the midst of natural background, the villa is easily accessed from other favorite destination spots in Bali. It is only 105 minutes drive from Canggu, 105 minutes drive to Jimbaran, and 1,5 hour drive to Seminyak. For your leisure activities, such as sports and shopping, it won’t take more than an hour drive to find the locations of shopping area, restaurants and bars, fitness center, and tennis court.
