The 3-bedroom villa comprised of open living and dining area flanked by two of the downstairs bedroom. The last bedroom located upstairs and is the only one resides on the second floor of this villa. Entering the villa you should pass through the Balinese ornament wooden doorway through small little step separating you from the main two-storey pavilion of this villa.

Living Area

Arman present you open living area that enabling natural and fine breeze to embrace the room. Ceiling fan attached to give more comfortable atmosphere inside. There is bamboo blind you can roll down to give calming shade. The living furnished with comfortable sofa where you can gathered with family or friends while watching numerous international program installed on the flat screen TV or playing your favorite movies as there is also DVD player and sound system to make a little heaven for your small home theater. Close to living is dining table for six people and standing close is the modern kitchen completed with necessary cooking facilities to make simple meals.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are three sleeping quarters in Arman, all are furnished with double bed with air conditioner. The three bedrooms are also accompanied with private bathroom. The two of them located downstairs while the last one standing alone on the second storey of this villa. Two bedrooms downstairs flanked over the living area and can be accessed both from living and the garden. The two also mirroring each other where both come with double bed draped under the white mosquito net, dressing table and wardrobe bordering the access to the bathroom. Behind the bed is single basin on a black marble vanity with towel rack. Each bathroom consists of bathtub, overhead shower and toilet.

The upstairs bedroom also facilitated with double bed and bedside tables. The rooms also completed with satellite TV as well as dressing area. The bathroom although appear smaller yet giving same conformity like the remaining bedrooms. Completed with shower and bathtub this bathroom is your private privilege.

Pool and Garden

Dominating the garden is the private swimming pool where you can have a relaxing swimming lap. At one end of the pool is pair of sun bed for you who want to have a nice sunbathing time. Efficiency is the best word to describe Villa Arman location. You would not spend hours of drive from or to the villa. Even the international Airport of Ngurah Rai would cost you around 20 minutes drive to reach this villa. 5 minutes drive then is enough to have differed options of restaurants, fashion boutiques, antiques and lifestyle stores. Seminyak is famous with its golden sand beach and picturesque sunset and from the villa nothing like tens of minutes drive since you can take around 5 minute only to reach the beach to the hippest nightclubs and bars.
