Built into a spacious and open living concept, this area of relaxation and social gathering is furnished with modern furniture together with choice of elegant color and design. Combining deep, soft and bright color in perfect unison, the living area is suitable for you to have social chatting, watching varied of international channels, or playing your favorite movie on the large LCD TV and DVD player prepared at the living area. Having relaxing teatime on comfortable soft chocolate sofa is also a smart choice to do.

Still in one line, attached to the living area is the dining and fully equipped kitchen of Alice 1. Deep brown dining tables seat for six blends perfectly to emphasize elegancy of Alice. At the end of the living area is the fully equipped kitchen of this villa. The kitchen is dream in black. It accentuated with simple yet luxurious appearance, this kitchen area not only spoiling your eyes but also pampering you with complete kitchen equipment. This kitchen will become your small paradise for the cook to prepare delicious dishes or for you to show the best of yours in cooking.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 2 luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms in Alice 1. Both situated at each end of the building respectively. Both bedrooms have the same style and arrangement. 2 doors for each bedroom for 2 different access. One simple deep brown door accessed from the living area will lead you straight to each bedroom. Both furnished with four poster bed and mosquito net, flanked by beside table lamp and surprisingly have their private living corner. One nice long sofa, LCD TV and DVD player then make your private comfortable movie time.

Bedroom in Alice not only have living corner but also wardrobe area and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is emphasizing alfresco bathing experience with tropical shrubs enliven the atmosphere. Black spacious marble bathtub rest elegantly accompanied by double white marble washbasins. Outdoor shower always become a nice option for a strong water spray.

Swimming Pool and Garden

Pool at Alice is in a unique shape. This private pool is your tropical sanctuary as its sole purpose is to indulge your every need of luxury. At one end of the pool sun bed set for you to endlessly enjoying warm heat in Bali and at another end is the modern gazebo where soft and comfortable cushions suits your leisure time. Just like the rest of the villa, that accentuating elegancy, is the neat and tidy garden arrangement. Tropical plants and green grass together with white step stones arranged carefully to bring forth a spacious and green atmosphere before your eyes.

Alice is located in the most prestigious location in Oberoi Seminyak area. Everything only few steps away from your door. Lines of restaurant and designer boutiques only around 5 minutes walk. Relaxing walk or even easy drive to the closest beach in Seminyak will work. The beach will pamper you with its famous white sandy beach and breath-taking sunset.

Not only around Seminyak, staying at Alice also mean easy access to almost every corners of Bali Island. Reaching the villa only cost you 20 minutes drive and to reach the thick Balinese atmosphere in Canggu is only around 15 minutes drive. Nusa Dua, Jimbaran and Uluwatu where many places of interest also can be reached easily. Center of culture in Ubud is less than 1 hour drive.
