Adasa is a 3-bedroom private pool villa dedicated itself to provide you with a comfortable and luxurious living experience in the midst of the most charming and busiest district in Bali, the Seminyak area. This villa gives you the convenience of reaching almost anything within walking distance. There are wide choices of place for finest dining experiences, chic designer boutiques, and luminous spas up to vibrant nightlife.

Emphasizing the uniqueness of traditional and serene atmosphere of Bali with the latest modern conformity, Adasa appear as a unique holiday home with its big pillars and thatched roof. From the main entrance you will be greet by the private lap pool and the stunning two storey pavilion at the end of the pool. Stepping further passing over the kitchen bar is the one-storey open living and dining area. All sleeping quarters centralized in one pavilion with guest bedrooms stand side by side. Master bedroom served you all spaces in the second storey of this bedroom pavilion.

Accommodation

Living Area

Open living pavilion with thatched roof and big pillar successfully grasp the tropical and Balinese essence into something exotic. The living area provides a comfy social spot to spend with family or friends. Here you can have light chatting on its white sofa while having your afternoon tea to relax. Adorning the wall are series of unique piece of art combine perfectly with modern and antique furnishing.

Close to living is dining area with elegant dining table for eight with rattan chairs and cushions. Enlightening the area is ceiling fan give you the freedom of having natural breeze inside or add more cooling sensation by turning on the fan. Rectangular kitchen facilitated with complete cooking facilities can be accessed through the dining. There is also kitchen bar with stools for a relaxing cocktail which window can either be open fully or closed on request.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Separating living pavilion with the bedroom pavilion is Koi pond. Two bedroom downstairs and master solely dominated the second level of this building. Two guest bedrooms located downstairs and are mirroring each other. Both furnished with king-size bed and flat screen TV at one corner of the room with satellite and DVD player. Behind the bed is built in wardrobe with high to ceiling mirror and dressing desk. One door will lead you to the private en-suite bathroom furnished of overhead rain-shower and handheld shower.

Stairs at this bedroom pavilion will directly lead you to the master bedroom upstairs. King size bed flanked by bedside lamps. Office door adored one part of the room standing close to built in wardrobe. Sliding door from the chamber area will lead you directly into the balcony with day bed, and chairs with cushion offering broad view into the pool and garden. This master also completed with luxurious en-suite bathroom with black terrazzo bathtub, double basin with large mirror, overhead rain-shower with also access to balcony.

Pool and Garden

Carefully selected plants and perfectly manicured garden has transformed it into a mini tropical heaven. Green trees and shrubs tidily adorned Adasa with sun beds on the flat lawn and private pool as the center of attention. Fully enjoy your swimming lap or merely enjoying the friendly heat while lazing around. Close to the pool is big gazebo, split in the middle by mahjong table. Comfortable cushions set here suit your lazy afternoon nap or merely relaxing your body while read favorite book.

Villa Adasa is located in the heart of Seminyak’s “Golden Triangle”, the safe fashionable area with lines of internationally acclaimed restaurants, lavish spas, vibrant nightspots, including the famous KuDeTa, La Lucciola, Metis, Sarong and the Living Room. Adasa is also spoiled you with easy walking distance to the beach in less than 300 meters away. Nearby places of interest include one of Bali’s most scared Hindu temples, Pura Petitenget, where some of the most spectacular Balinese ceremonies may often be witnessed. Ngurah Rai International airport is in around 25 minutes drive.
