Living area

The delight of living at Kalimaya-3 bedroom villa is that you and group will have two different living area for your entertainment time. One located downstairs while another one is upstairs. The downstairs living is the most completed one since it give you not only the benefit of comfortable sofa with full entertainment facilities such as LCD TV, DVD player and numerous international channels but also a close by dining area and complete western kitchen area.

Attached close to the living is the dining area where set of elegant dining table seats for six provided for the best center scene for you and group enjoying series of delicious cuisines prepare by the cook or even by one member of your group from the villa’s luxurious kitchen. Close by is the complete equipped kitchen with the beautiful blend of western and Balinese. At one side, it gives impression of a very western style kitchen with upgraded facilities and kitchen bar however in another side, proudly the style of Balinese craft adorning the wall of the kitchen bar at this villa. Upstairs private living room provide you a comfortable space to have an afternoon tea or light chatting with family.

Bedroom and Bathroom

The bedrooms are fully furnished and have their own en suite bathrooms. There are three bedrooms in this villa, one is downstairs and two are upstairs. The ground floor bedroom has a view overlooking the pool and garden meanwhile the other two open to the entertainment terrace. There are two master bedrooms and 1 guests bedroom at this villa. The master bedroom furnished with King size beds meanwhile the guest bedroom with twin beds.

The rooms have timber floor and furnished with night tables, lamps, cabinets, an iPod dock, a bar fridge, day curtains and black out curtains. Each room also fitted with wardrobes, huge wall mirror as the bathrooms comes with twin washbasins, a walk-in rainshower, bathtub and toilet.

Swimming Pool and Garden

The garden at Kalimaya IV is distinguished by flat lawn and a large private swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The walled garden plated with sweet scented frangipanis, palm and red-trunked sealing wax palm. The garden is the center point of the house wehre the indoor area is designed in convertible style open to the garden that makes a perfect place to hold outdoor party or barbeque in the evening.

Adorned the pool also a bale or gazebo and a sauna all wrapped in a lush tropical garden. On the side of the pool is a timber sunbathing deck along with several bright-colored sun loungers and matching umbrellas. Feeling like having a comfortable and calm moment in the house, the bale-style gazebo presided the swimming pool is a nice option.
